To achieve a Responsible Research and innovation, we need talent at all levels – of both men and women. Gender equality is one of the European Union’s fundamental values and priority. So, it is present in all its programs and policies.
HYDEA partnership delivered a Gender Action Plan with the objective to support processes focused on managing the equality and gender non-discrimination along the duration of the project. An infographic was prepared to illustrate the key figures and the concrete actions taken is this regard.
